Key Responsibilities

The Security Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that operational controls are effectively embedded within business processes. This involves closely following up on initiatives that enhance process integrity and reduce risk.

There are two key dimensions to this effort: one focuses on adjusting and refining the business processes themselves, while the other leverages technological solutions to strengthen control mechanisms. As such, the primary stakeholders in these projects are the business teams, who are responsible for process design and execution, and the IT department, which supports the development and implementation of technical controls.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading Information Security projects, involving cross-functional teams from various organizational units, using various methodologies, delivering successful results within time.

• Manage project communication, fostering strong working relationships with all project stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from across IT and business areas

• Tracking plans objectives/key results, objectives and solving challenges/risks raised and escalate when needed

• Lead projects meetings and handle the project reporting to the Project Steering Group and important stakeholders.

• Written and Spoken Fluency in English, Spanish and Swedish (Nice to have)

• Communication to key stakeholders from different organizations outside Infosec (IT North/IT South/Business/Legal) with different goals that need to be aligned and informed.

• General Knowledge or Experience in Security Projects

• Adaptability to manage sudden changes (processes, priorities, technical issues, etc.) to meet objectives with low impact.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of leading complex projects in global organizations.

• Be reliable and engaged leader with a proven experiences of successfully manage a geographical scattered project team with different cultural backgrounds.

• Strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.

• Experience with Cyber security

• Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to track project progress and prepare clear, tailored reports for both technical teams and executive management.

Desired Experience:

• Relevant Project Management Certificates (e.g. IPMA or PMP on a senior level)

• Experience supporting policy rollout and audit preparation, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
