Youworkverticallyacrosssixdevelopmentteams,witha strong focus on release management, cross-teamcoordination, andagilecoaching.Rather than leading by authority or by writing code, you lead through clarity, dialogue, structure, and engagement. You askthehardquestionsandhelp the organization reflect on whether we are working in the right way and how we can improve.

Whatyouwilldo

• Ownandcoordinaterelease planningacrossmultipleteamsand systemssuchasapp, ERP, and CRM,managingdependencies, risks, andmilestones.
• Drivequarterlyplanning,translatingstrategicgoalsintorealisticand transparentdeliveryplans.
• Facilitatekeyagileforumswhereitaddsvalue,whilealsoevolvingandchallengingexistingwaysofworking.
• WorkcloselywithTechLeads, QA,productmanagers, designers, andarchitectstoensurealignmentand forwardmomentum.
• Stayclosetodelivery,followuponcommitments, and setclearexpectations,includingtowardsQA andqualityprocesses.
• Encouragefeedback,learning, andreflectionacrossteams,alwayswithapragmaticand business-focusedmindset.

Youareconfidentin holdingprocesses,settingexpectations, andchallengingwhenneeded,whilestillbuildingtrust andengagement.Thisis aroleforsomeonewhoenjoysbringingstructuretocomplexity,keepingthebiggerpicturein mind, andactivelydrivingprogressratherthanstandingon thesidelines.

Youlikelybring:

• Severalyearsofexperienceinrolessuchas Release Manager,ScrumMaster, orAgileCoach in acomplextechenvironment.
• Provenexperiencecoordinatingdeliveriesand releasesacrossmultipleteamsand systems.
• Strongfacilitationand coachingskills,withtheabilityto support TechLeadsand teamsin process-relatedwork.
• ExperienceworkingwithagiletoolssuchasJiraandConfluence.
• Comfort inbeingcloseto the action,askingquestions,followingup, andensuringprogress.
