About the Assignment
You will join a global master data function in an industrial environment where accurate material information is essential for purchasing, operations, and system quality. The focus of this assignment is purchased components used in food processing, and your work will help ensure that material masters in SAP are created with the right structure, classification, and technical data from the start.
You will work with requests coming through a global request tool and turn technical information into reliable master data. This means combining system knowledge with the ability to interpret datasheets, supplier websites, and other sources to find the right details. Job DescriptionYou handle incoming requests for creation of material masters in SAP based on defined criteria.
You classify purchased components using the correct UNSPSC class.
You search for, validate, and register technical data such as dimensions, capacity, voltage, frequency, and weight.
You use datasheets, supplier websites, and when needed direct contact with suppliers to secure accurate information.
You support processes within global master data management for purchased components.
You help maintain consistent, high-quality data that supports teams across the global business.
RequirementsHigh level of technical understanding of food processing components
Experience within master data management
Practical experience of working with global business IT systems
Strong knowledge of SAP
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills
A collaborative way of working and an interest in continuous improvement
Fluent English and native-level Swedish
Ability to complete a pre-assignment drug test
