A key part of this isIT Asset Disposition (ITAD)making sure used IT equipment is securely handled, refurbished, resold, or recycled to maximize value and minimize waste.

Now, we're looking for a Sales Specialist for ourITAD business to accelerate our growth in Sweden and make a mark in a high-potential, fast-moving space.

About the role:

This is a hybrid sales role where you'll bothbuild new business and grow existing customers. You will:
  • Act as the main commercial contact for Swedish ITAD customers.
  • Drive new sales of ITAD services in Sweden.
  • Prospect and reach out to new customers (cold calling, outbound).
  • Identify and convert opportunities within existing DaaS/LCM customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
  • Manage and grow your own customer portfolio.
  • Act as the main commercial contact for ITAD customers.
  • Support customers throughout the ITAD lifecycle (reports, follow-ups, settlements).
  • Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and service teams.
  • Contribute to improving processes, ways of working, and sales materials.

Who we are looking for :

You're ahands-on salespersonwho enjoys both hunting and building relationships. We believe you:
  • Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Are comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Know how to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Take ownership of your customers and follow through.
  • Are structured, proactive, and driven by results.
  • Balance high activity with high quality.
  • Are fluent in English. Swedish is a strong plus, not a strict requirement for the right candidate.
  • Are located and capable to work either in Växjö, Gothenburg or Stockholm.

Bonus if you:
  • Have experience in IT, tech, or lifecycle services.
  • Understand logistics or circular business models.
