Would you like to work in a role with a front row view on the total remuneration and its strategic impact on the bank’s people agenda? Then this might be the role for you!Rewards Partner Team in Group HR, Total Rewards, consists of Rewards professionals supporting both local and global processes, as well as Business Units both strategically and with daily items across the remuneration spectrum. Rewards in general shapes the daily people agenda, from salary increases all the way up to designing the Executive Remuneration. We also own the Year End Process’ bonus part.
There are thirteen colleagues in Total Rewards, located across the Nordic countries and Lithuania. We are a diverse team of fantastic colleagues with a ‘Team Up’ mindset. Among our thirteen colleagues, six different nationalities are represented, reflecting genuine cultural diversity on the team. We are now looking for a Rewards Partner in Sweden.
About the role
You will operate in a global setup with global processes and principles, and be the local expert who ensures market relevance and smooth delivery across Swedish reward activities. The role combines day-to-day sparring with business leaders and HR partners with direct ownership of Sweden-specific rewards tasks. It is a changing role with opportunity to be part of design discussions and to shape how rewards work evolves not only in Sweden but globally as well.
In top of local partnership, you will also be an anchor point for selected business unit guidance on job architecture, organisational changes and sparring.
Your responsibilities
- Localise global reward policies, salary ranges and plan rules to meet Swedish market practice
- Lead participation in market surveys, benchmarking and range updates using the Group’s methodology
- Partner with other reward advisers across our market areas on incentive designs and joint development of processes
We are looking for a person who is curious, receptive to new ideas, and motivated to help shape and continuously enhance our rewards processes. Above all, we value character over skills; qualities such as integrity, resilience, clear communication, collaboration and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. You should be able to manage your workload, organize your portfolio effectively, and exercise sound judgment .
You have:
- Strong rewards competences across compensation and benefits, with practical knowledge of Swedish employment frameworks
- Experience working in a global organisation with global processes and local delivery
- Effective stakeholder engagement with HR partners and business leaders
- Experience working with insights and dashboards to support decisions without over-relying on complex analysis
- A visible, trusted role that shapes how rewards are delivered in Sweden and across the Danske Bank
