We’re building the next evolution of Jobbsafari – a Nordic career platform that goes beyond traditional job boards. As part of Duunitori Group, we’re combining the reach of our existing job board network with new AI-powered matching and career tools that help people and employers find each other faster and more meaningfully.
Our vision is to make job seeking and hiring radically more efficient and human. We’re turning Jobbsafari into an AI-native product, where LLMs, structured data, and smart UX come together to power discovery, personalization, and automation at scale.
You’ll join Team Talent, a small, growth-focused product team with the mandate to experiment boldly and move fast. We design, build, and ship end-to-end features, from backend services to UI and search, and we’re deeply collaborative across product, design, and business. This is a great time to join if you want to shape both the product and the platform foundations for the next generation of our matching ecosystem.
What you will do:
Build and own end-to-end features in a modern web and API stack
Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
Use LLM-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and iteration
Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
Improve code quality, developer experience, and team ways of working
Requirements:
Around 10 years of experience in either frontend, full stack, or backend development or exceptional track record
Desire to work in a fast-moving team in smooth cooperation with business, developers, product owners, and designers
Desire to actively shape your role and the team’s ways of working
Ability to work in English in daily tasks
Technologies we use:
Frontend: Next.js/React and Typescript.
Backend: Python (Django + Rest Framework) and Go..
AI tooling: Experience using LLM-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex)
Familiarity with MCP servers and how they interact with LLM-based clients
Great, but not mandatory:
Experience with SSG/SSR/ISR techniques
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Infra expertise, especially AWS, Terraform, Redis
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration and CircleCI
Experience in developing from a design system in Figma
Experience in utilizing new AI/MML-based coding tools
Understanding of accessibility and usability
Expertise in technical search engine optimization of a website
Ideal traits:
You quickly become productive and take ownership of end-to-end implementations
You contribute to technical direction and improve how the team builds software
You help turn AI-native ideas into reliable, user-facing product features
Practical details:
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the Stockholm office
Recruitment process:
🔔 The application period ends on 31 January.
🔎 During weeks 3–5, we will review applications as they come in and may ask for clarifications.
💬 During weeks 3–7, we will meet applicants either at our office in Stockholm or remotely.
🧠 Applicants invited to an interview will be asked to complete psychometric tests. The tests take about one hour.
📞 During weeks 5–8, we may have an additional conversation with candidates who progress further, as needed.
🎯 We will make hiring decisions during the process, but no later than the end of February.
👋 Our goal is for new team members to start during March-April.
