OverviewThe Revenue Operations Systems & Data Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, usability, and optimization of core go-to-market systems. With primary ownership of Salesforce Service Cloud and Pardot (Marketing Cloud), this role also serves as the steward of data across the Revenue and Customer organizations.
Acting as a trusted partner to Marketing and Customer teams-and collaborating closely with Sales and Finance-you'll ensure that systems, integrations, and data empower strategic decision-making, customer insight, and operational efficiency. You'll join a collaborative team that thrives on improving processes, building scalable infrastructure, and driving growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Service Cloud & Pardot System Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator for Salesforce Service Cloud and Pardot, managing configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions that align with revenue and customer processes.
- Oversee system performance, integrations, security, and user access, while driving user adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and RevOps colleagues to ensure seamless system connectivity and data flow across the go-to-market tech stack.
Data Governance & Quality Management
- Define, implement, and enforce data quality standards, policies, and best practices across Salesforce, Pardot, and related tools.
- Monitor and maintain data hygiene, launching initiatives to improve completeness, accuracy, and usability.
- Manage data enrichment and validation tools (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) to ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Other responsibilities
- Own the technical integration and ongoing optimization of Dreamdata, ensuring seamless data flow between marketing platforms and Salesforce to enable accurate attribution, campaign performance tracking, and full-funnel visibility.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure alignment of customer lifecycle data and reporting.
- Support the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights that guide leadership decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Pardot, including automation, data management, and integrations.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, data enrichment platforms, and RevOps processes.
- Drive and work with project management with professional communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator or Pardot Specialist certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in business English; fluency in any Nordic language is an advantage.
