YOU WILL DO

The Development team, part of Research & Industrialization Division, is responsible for pushing the boundary of what is possible and continuously extend the performance of Exeger's innovations as well as its product offering. Development is only limited to always having a viable product as their end goal. As a Characterization Researcher you´re responsible for independently planning and executing development tasks and projects. This includes amongst other:

• Analyse data and report the results to the Research & Industrialization Division

• Propose improvements and new experiments based on data, scientific publications or previous experience

• Contribute to the research, work environment and processes

• Develop and expand the photo-electrical measurements of solar cells

• Build and improve data sheets and provide data to customers

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our Development team is now looking for our next stellar Characterization Researcher, to enable the future of Energy independence. Given our fast-paced growth, our global ambitions, and our disruptive technology, this role will require ability to interpret complex data, strong analytical skills as well as determination and grit. You will get the chance to make a real impact. To thrive in this role, we believe you have the experience and interest to collaborate with people from different parts of the organization. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• PhD degree, or MSc with similar experience, in solar cell or electrical device characterization

• Strong experience in electrical device characterization and in particular solar cell IV characterization

• Responsible for key measurement stations and method development

• Good knowledge in Python, Labview, JMP or similar

• Enjoy the hands-on measurements in the lab, method development, statistical analysis and present the conclusions

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
