Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I CE Program Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering and managing the critical environment infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities

• 
  As a successfulRegional CE Program Manager (CEPM)Data Analytics and Tooling, your performanceobjectiveswillinclude :
  
  
  • Translatingraw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.
  • Track and communicate the value of integrated analytics to stakeholders by producing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Lead the development and scaling of shared analytics platforms and Power BI dashboards that serve multiple regions and functions.
  • Build strong working relationships and engagement with our Engineering Groups (EGs), keypartnersand Landlord partners.
  • Work with regional and global peers toidentify,createand share best practices across the entire data center portfolio.
  • Align with Microsoft culture,objectivesand operational standards.
  • Deliver best-in-classoperational capabilities.
  • Key focus areas includeProgram managementto supportOperationalReadiness.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the Dynamics 365-based Operational Readiness tool supportingoperationalprocesses, improving its functionality, integration, and user experience.
  • Ensureanalyticsinitiatives and tooling support broader businessobjectivesand adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Establish andmaintaingovernance standards for data acrossOperational Readiness.
  • Define consistent metric definitions, enforce data quality controls, and ensure uniform reporting practices across regions and teams.
  • Unify tooling and reporting frameworks to providea single sourceof truth for operational metrics.
  • Create an environment to promote learning and innovationopportunities.
  • Obtain a clear understanding of Microsoft's day-to-day operation, management and maintenance expectations for all critical plant, equipment, controls, and processes including (but not limited to), operating procedures, standards, change management and Drills.
  • Produce Monthly, Quarterly, andAd hocreports on Datacentreoperationswith theassistanceof regional and senior leadership.
  • Contribute toDatacentreoperations projects and programs.
    
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5years' experiencein Data Analysis, Management Information systems and business intelligence solutions

• Experience in data center, pharma, or large-scale manufacturing operations environmenta preferencebut not essential.

• To promote health and safety in the workplace, employees are subject to required health related screenings, such as hearing testing, which includes both baseline testing and annual retests, wherepermittedby applicable law.
  

While notrequired, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in data scienceor statistics.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Teamplayerwith the ability to influence cross functional teams and leaders to implement continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, and business processes

• Advanced Power BI or Tableau development experience

• Strong SQL, Kusto (KQL)and DAX knowledge

• Program managementcapabilities.

• Communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.

• Experience leading and managing a business-critical function.

• Understanding ofuptime methodologiesand business criticaldigital platforms.

• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

• Mustdemonstratestrong attention to detail.

• Ability tooperatewithinan ambiguousenvironment and create clarity.
  

Background Check Requirements:

Abilityto meet Microsoft,customerand/or government security screening requirementsarerequiredfor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
