🔹 IT Recruitment
Source and screen candidates for IT roles such as developers, software engineers, data analysts, DevOps, QA, and technical leads
Conduct technical assessments and structured interviews to evaluate skills and fit
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT positions
Collaborate with IT managers and technical teams to define job requirements
🔹 Marketing & Employer Branding
Develop and execute digital campaigns highlighting company culture and tech initiatives
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.) for IT talent engagement
Create content showcasing IT projects, achievements, and employee stories
Run recruitment-focused campaigns to attract passive candidates

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill IT roles
