Hours / week: 24h (spread out on at least 4 days / week, with some flexibility)

Location: You will be based in our Stockholm Office, currently located on Birger Jarlsgatan 15.

About the opportunity

FSN Capital Partners are looking for a Receptionist / Working Student to join our team in our Stockholm office, on a part-time basis. Here you'll have the opportunity to play an important role in our day-to-day office operations and be a welcoming face of our Firm, contributing to meaningful projects that enhance the workplace experience while gaining insight into office management and the Private Equity environment. You will work closely with two senior colleagues, supporting a local team of approximately 20 colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include

• Reception services inc. office supplies

• Support during onboarding / offboarding of team members

• Conference room management

• Maintenance of kitchen and common areas

• Updating internal records and offering practical support for colleagues

• Support on organizing local team events together with our social committee

• Maintenance of our intranet as applicable

The main prerequisites for a successful candidate are:

• Team-oriented, ambitious and committed to team wellbeing
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
