Avenga is looking for a skilledProject Manager / Change Leadto join our team full-time. You will be supporting large-scale IT transformation programs across major organizations in Sweden.
As a Senior Change Lead, you will drive and coordinate change management activities within complex IT programs, working closely with program management, project managers, operations, and IT teams. Your role will be critical in ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
You will act as a bridge between strategic transformation goals and operational execution, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented, communicated, and embedded across the organization.
This is you :
- Senior Change Lead with experience of the role from IT transformation programs in larger organizations
- Experience of change management in connection with IT transformation programs and system changes
- Experience and knowledge of established frameworks, methods and tools in change management, such as Prosci ADKAR and similar
- Experience in coordinating change management with communication and training efforts, as well as following up on implementation, risks and readiness
- Good understanding of IT projects and project processes as well as knowledge of integrating Change Management and IT project planning
- Pragmatic approach and can oscillate between a holistic perspective and operational execution, such as facilitation, analysis and production of documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
This is your role
- Lead and drive change management activities within major IT programs and transformations
- Collaborate closely with program management, project managers, IT, and business stakeholders
- Align change initiatives with communication and training strategies
- Assess organizational readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure effective integration of change management into IT project planning and execution
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and change impact analyses
- Develop and maintain change documentation, plans, and reporting structures
- Monitor adoption and ensure sustainable implementation of changes
- Act as a key advisor on change strategy and execution across the organization
