About the Assignment

You will take on a key role in major industrial initiatives within robotics and production development. The assignment focuses on leading sub-projects connected to a broader transformation of manufacturing operations, including factory-related changes and the introduction of new products into production.

You will work in a complex industrial environment where many technical disciplines need to come together. The scope covers large parts of the production flow, from logistics and assembly to painting, testing, verification, quality assurance, relocation, and industrialization. You will collaborate with both internal specialists and external experts, while also interacting with global robotics teams.

Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate sub-projects within production development and factory transformation.

You will drive planning, execution, follow-up, and risk management across several parallel initiatives.

You will support industrialization and the introduction of new products into manufacturing.

You will coordinate stakeholders across technical disciplines and secure alignment with related sub-projects and the line organization.

You will work closely with internal specialists and consultants engaged for specific tasks.

You will contribute across the full production flow, including logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, quality assurance, relocation, and industrialization.

You will maintain clear communication with both local and global teams to keep progress, priorities, and dependencies aligned.

RequirementsExperience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate work across multiple technical disciplines.

Experience in planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Strong understanding of production development and factory-related projects.

Fluent English.
