We are seeking a Project Manager to transition complex software from prototype to industrialization. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the ML stack, overseeing the integration and deployment of models across perception and sensor fusion. This role sits at the intersection of software and systems engineering, requiring close collaboration with ML, Architecture, and MLOps teams to ship production-ready reality.
You will:

• Own the lifecycle from prototype to release, ensuring projects ship on time.
• Cut through complexity, resolve blockers and synchronize cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Provide transparent reporting on project health to leadership, including regular reporting to the Head of Autonomous Drive.
• Proactively identify risks and map sub-system dependencies to maintain scope and pace.
• Foster a results-oriented environment that prioritizes proactive problem-solving and team motivation.
• Champion Agile methodologies and continuously improve development processes and release cadences.

We expect you to have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager driving complex, cross-functional software projects from prototype through to industrialisation.
• Hands-on experience in Autonomous Driving, ADAS, or Robotics, with a solid understanding of the ML development lifecycle - from data collection and model training through to production deployment.
• A natural ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
