Do you want to drive product changes that directly impact cost, quality and performance across the TRATON Group?

At TRATON Group R&D, TGRAMPP leads product changes within motion control, covering both software and hardware. Our mission is to ensure efficient, high-quality and sustainable product improvements throughout the lifecycle.

As Project Manager / Assignment Manager, you take ownership of cross-functional projects from initial scope definition to global implementation. You play a key role in turning complex product changes into structured, successful deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you lead cross-functional working groups through all project phases, ensuring delivery according to agreed time, cost and quality targets.

You will:

• Define scope and secure required resources
• Plan, budget and drive implementation of product changes
• Coordinate stakeholders across development, production, purchasing and testing
• Follow up on progress and manage risks
• Ensure alignment across global interfaces within the TRATON Group

The role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to build a strong internal network across multiple functions and sites.

Who You Are

You are a structured and solution-oriented project leader who enjoys bringing people together and creating clarity in complex situations. You combine a holistic perspective with attention to important details and feel comfortable navigating in a dynamic environment.

We believe you have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience within software development, product development, production or purchasing
• Experience leading cross-functional work or projects
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
• Experience within Scania or TRATON R&D is an advantage, but not a requirement.
