Assignment Description

We are looking for a Production Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and manage daily production operations within assembly and testing

Oversee a team of approximately 40 employees across shift-based work

Ensure quality standards, delivery precision, and operational efficiency

Create structure and clarity in production processes and workflows

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment

Manage documentation, system support, and operational procedures

Take responsibility for team performance, development, and work environment

Promote collaboration between employees and external consultants

Ensure smooth coordination across shifts and production activities

Experience in production or manufacturing leadership within industrial environments

Proven ability to manage larger teams in shift-based operations

Strong capability to bring structure and clarity to complex or evolving environments

Experience working with assembly, testing, or similar production processes
