Role Summary
IT Projects & Transformation is a function within the Traton Financial Services IT. IT Projects & Transformation are responsible for managing and running key implementation projects in close collaborations with our regions.
The function is also responsible for maintaining the Project Portfolio from an IT perspective.
Our function works closely with the Global PMO and our Business functions and our tasks involves drive prioritization of work, defining and maintaining project management standards and practices.
IT Projects & Transformation strives to secure that projects are conducted in an efficient way by providing the a solid project methodology for the projects we are driving from start to conclusion.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Governance: Help with establishing and enforcing project governance standards, including project initiation, approval, and closure processes. This ensures that all IT projects included adhere to the organization's agreed way of working.
- Project & Program Steer Co´s: administrate and facilitate preparations for the meeting. Taking notes on decisions.
- Facilitate flash reporting, lessons learned documentation, and support for deviation tracking and mitigation planning.
- Project Portfolio Management: Prepare and support the portfolio meeting with all administrative work connected to the project funnel process. Work with process improvement.
- Resource Management: Support projects with resourcing in alignment with business priorities.
- Financial Management: Monitoring project budgets and financial performance and report deviations.
- Purchasing and Day2Day Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors involved in the TGFI organisation. Administrative responsible for bringing in and prolonging of contractors. Working closely with our purchasing function and vendor management.
