We do this by developing global and certified IT-solutions to allow our global production and aftermarket solutions. With the ultimate target to deliver software fast, safe and secure on the various brands products and services. This role includes enabling the information flow, lifecycle logic and methods needed for embedded engineering across the product lifecycle. You will translate business strategies and engineering needs into processes and IT architecture supporting embedded software development.

What will you do

You will be working on the edge of business and technology, working cross-functional and cross-brand to enable the development of the embedded engineering platform. Your drivers will be to realize, enable and evolve the Embedded engineering platform capabilities and enable Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) strategies. To realize this, you will be working with breaking down the different strategies and realize tangible capabilities to manage the strategy implementations. The main areas of expertise will be the enablement of embedded SW deliveries, focusing on re-inventing the Embedded IT and process landscape. You will use your skills in Product Data Management & Information Management, always keeping the operational Product Life cycle Management (PLM) mindset. We also need to support smooth enablement of functional safety, Cybersecurity and other legal compliance areas in our solution proposals.

we are a small team of architects and other specialists supporting our flow teams, management and triads to change brand legacy into data driven compliant global TRATON solutions. We also give hands-on support to current product operations and development. We are working in a challenging environment balancing priority and demands from a diverse crowd of stakeholders, and we are still forming our scope and roles towards future needs. We do work very agile and are supporting continuous change and flexibility. We infuse product and project requirements with our enablement needs and visions to improve and shorten the product cycle and make the products easier to develop and maintain over time.

Who you are

We are looking for you that can translate complex requirements into understandable logic. You will be translating strategic and business requirements into process, methods and IT solutions. You have extended architect experience, preferably of Scania or other TRATON brands, and modularized thinking should come natural to you. You can untangle and decode Product, Embedded engineering and IT architectures over various platforms and brands. The role requires effective communication and pedagogical skills/abilities, including leading workshops and inspiring adoption across diverse stakeholders. Experience in process development, change enablement, complex IT-landscaping and stakeholder education is

beneficial. We love to recruit a person with a holistic IT and industrialization perspective and has own visions on how to realize this with the team and stakeholders. We believe you have effective communication and pedagogic. It is vital you can motivate users, colleagues and leaders to adopt and buy in on your ideas. You like to see the bigger picture and you enjoy sharing your view with and educate others.
