Om jobbet

Shape the way millions of customers discover and engage with our brands across Europe. Own the full media funnel- from awareness to conversion- while working with some of the most iconic outdoor brands in the industry. If you thrive on data, creativity, and impact, this is your opportunity to lead digital growth at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Paid Media Lead EU, you will take ownership of the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across European markets, driving both brand growth and commercial performance. Sitting within Fjällräven Marketing and reporting to the Global Head of Acquisition & Retention, this role plays a central part in advancing how we invest in and optimize paid media across the Fenix Outdoor brand portfolio.

You will oversee media investments across multiple channels, including paid search, social, display, programmatic, and video. Ensuring they work together as part of a cohesive full-funnel strategy. Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external agencies, aligning efforts across teams and markets to maximize impact.

This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months and is based in our office in Solna.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In more detail you will focus on the following:

  • Own and optimize digital media budgets across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, shopping, video, and DOOH

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel media strategy that supports both brand and performance objectives

  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as traffic, revenue, CPA, and ROAS

  • Lead digital marketing transformation initiatives, including audits, gap analysis, and implementation of data-driven improvements

  • Manage and collaborate with media agencies to ensure high-quality execution, reporting, and performance delivery

  • Oversee platform management and integrations, ensuring effective use of marketing technologies and tools

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key platforms such as Google and Meta

  • Coordinate multi-brand media activities across the Fenix Outdoor portfolio, aligning with various stakeholders and P&L owners

  • Partner with local market teams to align central and local activations for maximum efficiency and results

  • Contribute to global roadmaps and cross-regional initiatives when required

WHO YOU ARE

We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for paid media budgets and performance

  • University degree in marketing, media, data science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Proven ability to deliver on both brand and performance KPIs, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce environment

  • Strong understanding of media buying across channels, including paid social, search, and programmatic

  • Experience working in EMEA markets or in a global, multi-stakeholder environment

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies, including familiarity with attribution models

  • Hands-on experience with key platforms and tools such as GA4 and broader AdTech ecosystems (DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, etc.)

  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing agencies and multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and levels
