We're building scalable alternatives to plastic, and we're now hiring an Operations & Logistics Specialist to own the daily execution that keeps our supply chain accurate, cost-controlled, and on time.

Issue sales invoices, track payments, and follow up when needed

Maintain a clear overview of all active shipments, lead times, and delivery timelines

Coordinate with warehouses on stock levels, incoming goods, and stocktakes

Act as the central point of contact between clients, forwarders, and internal stakeholders

Monitor supplier costs and keep benchmarks updated to ensure competitive pricing

Handle delays and disruptions, adjusting plans to maintain delivery expectations

Contribute to the implementation and adoption of ERP systems, ensuring operational data is structured, accurate, and usable

Improve workflows and reduce manual work through better structure and automation

You're a Good Fit If You Have

2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or operations

Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

Good understanding of Incoterms and ocean freight

Experience with invoicing and basic financial follow-up

Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines reliably

Clear communication across stakeholders

Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment with high ownership

Nice to Have

Experience with inventory or warehouse coordination

Familiarity with Fortnox, Xero, or similar tools

Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Make)

Additional languages: Swedish, Spanish, or Mandarin

What We Offer

A stable full-time role where precision and reliability are genuinely valued

Flexible work setup

Clear ownership of day-to-day operations execution, with real responsibility from the start

A lean, international team where decisions are made quickly and directly

Opportunity to grow into broader operations and process ownership as the company scales
