The world is changing in the way we consume products, from ownership to usership, and DigitalRoute is positioned in the centre of the transition. Because, when enterprises pivot to usage-based business models, they often make an unfortunate discovery. Their systems weren't built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing, in real time and at high scale.

This is a hands-on support role with a clear destination: Junior System Administrator within 6-12 months.

You'll be the go-to IT person for our Stockholm office while also helping colleagues across our global teams. The work is practical, setting up laptops, troubleshooting access issues, keeping meeting rooms functional, answering the questions that pop up ten times a day. But there's room to grow into real system administration work: managing Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 admin, and access policies.

You'll also get early exposure to how AI is changing IT support, we're actively building and improving an internal AI support bot, and we want someone who's curious about where this is heading.

We're a modern SaaS company. You'll work with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Kandji, Jira, Confluence, and Slack. No legacy nightmares.

What you'll do
  • Keep people working. Provide L1/L2 support, onsite and remote. Laptops, phones, docks, screens, printers, video conferencing. When something breaks, you fix it. When someone's locked out, you get them back in.
  • Set up new joiners. Run IT onboarding. Make sure new hires have working equipment and know how to use our tools from day one.
  • Maintain our systems. Help manage Entra ID/AD, Intune, Kandji, and our asset inventory. Create documentation and knowledge base articles. Contribute to our AI support bot (yes, really, we're building one).
  • Grow into admin work. As you get comfortable, you'll take on more: Microsoft 365 administration, SSO configuration, access management, device configuration and compliance policies. This isn't a dead-end support gig.

What you'll bring

Some hands-on IT support experience, service desk, onsite support, internships, or student roles all count. We care more about how you think and communicate than how many years you've logged.

You should understand the basics: Entra ID/AD concepts, Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365. You don't need to be an expert.

Beyond technical skills, we want someone who:
  • Actually, likes helping people (and stays patient when the same question comes up again)
  • Communicates clearly in English, written and spoken
  • Stays organised when juggling multiple requests
  • Documents their work without being asked
  • Is curious about AI and how it's changing IT work. You don't need to be technical, just interested
  • Wants to learn and grow

Bonus points if you've used Intune, Kandji, Confluence, Slack, or any asset management/CMDB tools or played around with AI assistants and chatbots.
