Om jobbet

Brocc is a specialized niche bank embarking on a bold and transformative growth journey, fueled by strong institutional backing and a clear strategic vision. Positioned at the forefront of the European credit market, Brocc combines deep heritage in consumer finance with cutting-edge technology and expertise in NPL acquisition and restructuring - building a best-in-class debt finance platform that supports clients across the full credit lifecycle.

With substantial capital resources, an ambitious growth agenda, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, Brocc is uniquely placed to shape the future of the credit ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking institution that is not only driving liquidity and resilience in the market, but contributing to greater stability and transparency across the European financial landscape.

Now, we're looking for an NPL Portfolio Manager to join our growing team and play a central role in how we manage and extract value from our purchased loan portfolios across the Nordics.

What you'll do

You'll work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and strategy - owning the performance of our NPL portfolios from day-to-day monitoring through to long-term value creation. In practice, that means:

  • Managing purchased NPL portfolios across the Nordic market and working closely with our servicing partners across Europe to maximize portfolio value

  • Overseeing operational plans and leading smooth onboarding of new portfolios and servicing partners

  • Implementing best practices for performance monitoring, cost tracking, and reporting

  • Conducting deep-dive analyses into portfolio performance against business plan targets and key metrics

  • Building and maintaining reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights into value drivers and flag emerging issues early

  • Developing data-driven campaigns and proactive strategies for implementation at servicer level to drive engagement and recovery outcomes

  • Ensuring that findings and insights are clearly communicated across the wider NPL team to support underwriting and revaluation decisions

  • Some travel across the Nordics and Europe is part of the role

Who you are

You have hands-on experience with non-performing loans and know how to navigate the operational and analytical complexity that comes with portfolio management. You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a stakeholder meeting, and you bring the communication skills to translate data into decisions.

More specifically, you bring:

  • Solid experience working with NPLs - whether from a bank, servicer, investment, or advisory background

  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with large data sets to generate actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • A structured, operational mindset with a track record of building or improving processes

  • Comfort working in a cross-border environment with external partners

Why Brocc?

We're a ~40-person team backed by Cerberus Capital Management, operating at the cutting edge of Nordic consumer finance. You'll join at a pivotal moment in our growth, with real ownership of your area and direct visibility to senior leadership. We move fast, we value people who take initiative, and we're building something that genuinely changes how consumers relate to their finances.

Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
