Nordic HR Manager

We are looking for our next Nordic HR Manager. As our current leader is continuing her DLL-career within a European capacity, we are looking for our next colleague. In this role, you will be part of a small, but closeknit HR team of four, and a Nordic management team that focuses on continuous improvement and bringing the Nordics to its full potential.

Day to day:

You will be an integral part of the Nordic Management Team and support the realization of the strategic goals. Your role includes adapting, adjusting, and implementing Global and European initiatives by setting and driving the Nordic people and change agenda. The initiatives you work with will span Talent, Culture, Workforce, and Change Management. You will also be responsible for managing local compensation and benefits.

You will:
  • Report to our Nordic CEO with a dotted line to the Head of HR Europe
  • Be a part of the Nordic Management team and, in addition, the European HR Manager team.
  • Drive the leadership development for all leaders in the Nordics.
  • Lead the local HR team by setting the direction, ensuring alignment and keeping the commitment high.
  • Acts as a real Business Partner on a wide range of HR topics.
  • Be responsible for both general HR Business support

Essentials:
  • 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in an HR Business Partner role with managerial responsibilities, combined with strong business insight and commercial acumen.
  • Depth of experience in HR activities such as HR operations, talent management, reward & recognition, organizational and leadership development change management.
  • Deep knowledge of Swedish and other Nordic countries' labour law.
  • Experience with working within an international matrix organization & managing multi-site environment.
  • Experienced in driving (change) projects in a process driven organization.
  • Relevant academic degree within HR, Business, Law or Economics or equivalent.
  • Native knowledge of Swedish, besides excellent English both spoken and written.

The role is situated in Stockholm, Sweden and will require some travels, mostly in the Nordics.
