We are looking for a proactive and customer-focusedNew Vehicle Salespersonto support profitable growth, win new business, and develop long-term customer relationships.

📍 Location: Maribor

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop the customer base in your assigned territory or customer segment
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs, operations, and budget in order to propose the right solution
  • Promote and sell new vehicles and related Scania products and services
  • Prepare, present, and follow up quotations in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in line with business rules and legal requirements
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and handover together with Sales Back Office
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for customers and cooperate closely with workshop, finance, business support, and other sales colleagues
  • Keep up to date with market trends, customer developments, Scania products and services, and competitor activities
  • Participate in campaigns, customer events, fairs, and demonstrations


Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant sales experience, ideally in B2B sales, automotive, transport, or commercial vehicles
  • Strong commercial mindset and customer understanding
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and proactive way, with a clear focus on results
  • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle independently
