What is your role?
As a Swedish Marketing Specialist, you are part of the Nordic Marketing Team. Together with your colleagues, you will work on the marketing strategy and communication in the Nordic cluster and how that is executed in Sweden. You assist in the development of communication tools and initiate marketing activities. You ensure that project deadlines are met, inform internal stakeholders and work a lot with colleagues from Customer Service, Assortment and Global Marketing, among others. All of the above in very close collaboration with the Swedish Sales team.
Your position is very broad and varied. You work on campaigns, are involved in customer communication - sometimes very ad hoc - and are involved in digital performance.
What do you do?
- Develop, execute and evaluate marketing initiatives
- Work in very close collaboration with the Swedish sales department regarding campaigns on both tactical level as well as on strategic level.
- Set up and execute various customer communication projects.
- Creating and optimizing content for our webshop, among other things
- Take part in the Nordic dialog on how to optimise marketing in both Sweden and across the Nordic Region
- Recommend how to spend the Swedish Marketing budget and make sure we keep within the given budget
- Follow and analyse trends and developments across the industry
Your team
You will work in a team, with a lot of cooperation. Where you always have someone to ask questions. The team includes 8 people who are placed in the four Nordic locations. This position will be placed in Lund.
Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic colleague who likes to get involved, in a constructive and creative way. You work in a planned and structured way, with an eye for detail. In addition, you can also switch quickly and take on ad hoc tasks, never losing sight of the (high) quality. If you have experience in a Nordic set-up, especially with Finland, that will be a plus.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication.
- 3 years of experience as a marketer - Preferable in B2B
- hands-on experience with digital marketing systems such as CRM, Content Management and e-mail automation
- Solid communication skills (also in the English language).
