All about the role:
The marketing manager for Electrolux Home and Shop plays a key role in setting the marketing strategy and plan, and to drive operational work forward. You work closely with Marketing Director for the Nordics in defining the marketing strategy for Home and Shop to maximize the potential for this business and for the Electrolux brand as a totality. You are an integral part of the Electrolux Home and Shop team as well as the Nordic Marketing team. With many stakeholders you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative, drive and communicational skills are highly regarded. What you'll do:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for securing in-market needs, trade marketing alignment, retail opportunities and brand communication trends, becoming a Brand Guardian in order to ensure all guidelines are adhered to and that outstanding experiences are communicated across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities
- Ensure the Home and Shop Marketing plans are developed and deployed in full consistency with brand & marketing strategy and commercial plans, working with Sales channel, retailers and marketing team.
- Deliver product and kitchen activations, promotion campaign programs and external brand campaigns to meet strategic objectives, aligned with Nordic Marketing Director and Home Director.
- Ensure KPI tracking on key initiatives, proposing and implementing actions with cross-functional teams to reach targets.
- Ensure that consulting marketing agencies are in accordance with Electrolux culture, preparing briefs for content agencies and supervising and coordinating vendors.
- Keep fully up to date with any local trends and convergence with other industries.
- Monitoring and reporting competition activities and bringing best practices.
- Manage the area's budget to maximize activity with available resources.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Administration.
- Solid experience working in marketing-related areas, with background in Brand or Product Marketing.
- Experience with creative agencies, project management and purchasing services.
- Experience with people and budget management.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and/or remote reporting.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques (gathering, measurement, generation of insights.
- Knowledge of key business brand, product and communication practices.
