Assignment Description

We are looking for a Learning Specialist

What You Will Work On

Design and develop digital learning solutions (e-learning, nano-learning)

Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives

Translate requirements into learning concepts, storyboards, and content

Develop and iterate interactive learning modules

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders

Evaluate and improve training materials continuously

Support development of digital communication content (e.g., intranet pages)

Contribute to promoting secure behaviors across the organization

What You Bring

Strong experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions

Experience in learning needs analysis and defining learning objectives

Knowledge of user-centered design and pedagogical methodologies

Experience in interactive and visual design

Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Easygenerator)

Strong written communication skills in English

Ability to plan, structure, and deliver work in project-based environments

Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
