We are looking for a n IT Project Manager to join us at Telia Cygate .

My name is Jelena Lazarevic , and I am responsible for the Project Management Team at Telia Cygate Region East. I'm now looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and forward - looking team with a strong focus on delivering customer IT infrastructure projects with high quality, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership .

In this role, you will work in complex customer environments where structure, transparency, and trust are key. You are someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility, and feels comfortable driving projects forward independently . You are confident in coordinating stakeholders, setting direction in your projects, and ensuring that progress keeps moving in the right direction.

What you'll do:

• Plan, drive , and manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, and budget .
  

• Take ownership of your projects and proactively follow up on risks, dependencies, and changes.
  

• Ensure high quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate closely with sales and the delivery organization .
  

• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non - technical stakeholders.
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement in how we work with project execution and collaboration.
  

What will help you thrive in this role :

• Proven experience in P roject M anagement , preferably in IT, infrastructure, or technology - driven environments.
  

• A proactive and independent way of working - you take responsibility and move things forward.
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different stakeholders and target groups .
  

• A structured and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complexity and change .
  

• A b asic under standing of IT solutions, systems, and infrastructure .
  

• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English .
  

• Experience working as a consultant is an advantage .
  

• Project management certifications are an advantage .
