Loxam Ramirent is a market leading service company providing equipment rentals for construction and many other industries. We have around 3,000 co-workers and 300 customer centers across nine countries in northern and Eastern Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland). Ramirent is a part of Loxam Group, European and third largest equipment rental company in the world.

We are now looking for a IT Manager Finance & Fleet. You will be a part of the Nordic IT Organization which serves all Nordic countries and, for group common IT services, also Baltic and Central Europe countries.

About the position

You will be responsible of leading a service delivery team of 5-7 IT Service Owners and report to the IT Director of the Business Management Services, based in Finland. The team owns IT-applications, mainly serving the Nordic business in the areas of finance and fleet management. Special focus needs to be on the collaboration and interaction with the business and functional stakeholders across Ramirent. Team members are based in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania.

You will also be our IT business partner for Sweden. You acts as the strategic liaison between IT and business units, ensuring technology investments and IT services support the business strategy, operational goals, and value creation. This role works closely with business leaders to understand their needs, translate them into IT roadmaps, and drive delivery of effective solutions through strong collaboration, prioritization, and influence.

In this position we expect:
  • The ability to lead, engage and develop people at different levels
  • Experience in development and change management
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, preferably Microsoft based
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and structured working style
  • Strong communication in Swedish and English
  • Good understanding of IT service management principles
We also appreciate:
  • Understanding of fleet management processes and solutions
  • Knowledge of other IT application domains, such as ERPs, HR, Customer engaging systems
This position will involve travelling in Nordic and Group Countries.
