Are you passionate about bridging business needs with innovative IS solutions? Join our Salesforce Robotics IS team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) in our global Salesforce CRM. In this role, you will collaborate across global teams to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions to optimize customer journey!
Your responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into bulletproof technical specs - data models, process flows, and configurations that scale globally in our Salesforce CRM.
- Create delivery-ready user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria that Dev teams can build from without rework.
- Guide business users on FSL capabilities and best practices (work orders, service appointments, scheduling/dispatch) and help shape the right solution.
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and application to ensure shared understanding and solution clarity
- Support testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of IS solutions
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS Managers, Solution Architects, and Development and QA teams. You will navigate the challenges of distributed, multicultural teams and adapt solutions to meet both global and local business needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and manage multiple processes will be key to your success.
The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Czech Republic, and India.
Your background:
- 6+ years as Business or Functional Analyst in Salesforce CRM with hands-on in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
- Proven track record designing and implementing FSL solutions at global scale - work orders, scheduling, dispatch.
- Relevant certifications like Service Cloud Consultant and/or Field Service Consultant
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management using Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio
