We're looking for an analytical mind to join our inventory team

Your profile

University degree, preferably in supply chain or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management / supply chain

Enthusiastic about analysis and reporting

Positive hands-on and proactive approach to solving challenges, with a can-do attitude

Self-motivated, confident and good personal presence

Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills

Internationally minded with ability to adapt in multicultural environments

Analytic skills

System affinity, proficient in core apps of MS 365

Fluent in English

Meritorious

Fluent in Swedish and/or Korean

Previous experience from Inventory management or Supply chain

Key Responsibilities

Your main focus will be stock optimization. Simply put, making sure we have the right stock in the right place at the right time, as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. By closely monitoring the supply chain flow and analyzing data you will identify improvement areas and suggest and act on measurements that maintain a healthy stock. In order to be successful, you will need to understand the connection between market demand, purchase, in transit goods and receiving goods. In the end it all comes down to customer satisfaction.

We are a team-oriented crew, meaning we support and back up each other with all matters and pitch in where it is needed. On a daily basis you will deal with backorders, ETAs and ETDs, follow-up on inventory KPIs, reporting, keeping track of the supply chain flow, analysis etc.

In the role you collaborate with other internal departments and entities. Our PAN-EU Inventory team in Frankfurt will be an important and frequent point of contact.
