We are looking for a IAM Specialist for a global company in Gothenburg.

Start is in ASAP, 6-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

IAM Specialist - Role Description

We are seeking an identity and access management (IAM) specialist to set up IAM for external users

(customers & agents) which is an enabler to build a modern customer portal where the customer

gets ONE logged in experience. So, when a customer logs in to the customer portal, the customer

automatically has access to other apps it previously has got access to, without having to log-in again

to those. The role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to work closely with business

and tech teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. We are looking for a results-oriented and

proactive team player that ensures the IAM solution for external users works holistically for the

company, not only for the new customer portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand current IAM setup

• Map stakeholders

• Collect the technical requirements

• Gather business requirements and business rules

• Define use cases

• Align IAM strategy

Process / Solution

• Ensure it will work holistically for the company's use cases (not only customer portal)

• Define needed process to operate access requests, approvals, admin control, etc

• Define how it will be operated

Technical

• Align IAM architecture

• Set up Entra External ID, make it work for first two concrete use cases

o Customer Portal

o Schedules Application

Collaborate

• Collaborate closely with current IAM tech people and architects

• Collaborate closely with technical foundation team

• Collaborate closely with customer experience and interaction team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Business

• Strong in business analysis to actively seek out business, tech and process requirements

• Stakeholder management

• Process design experience

Technical

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure capabilities

• Hands-on experience of identity access management

• Experience of Microsoft Entra External ID

Soft skills

• Results-oriented team player

• Holistic mindset, e2e-thinking - focus: make it work as a whole

• Customer experience mindset

• Not afraid to just-do-it to move things forward

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
