About the role
As HR Tech Lead, you will play a key role in developing the organization's digital HR capabilities and enabling future ways of working. This is a strategic role where you will shape how technology, data, and AI support both people and business growth. You report to and act in close collaboration with Executive Vice President & Head of Human resources, and you're valued partner in the HR Management team.
Your key tasks will include:
- Define and drive the HR technology & AI strategy, ensuring alignment with HR, IT, and business objectives to support organizational development.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders, enabling digital innovation and transformation from a people perspective.
- Establish and evolve the HR technology architecture, ensuring scalable, future-proof solutions across the people value chain.
- Lead governance, ways of working, and prioritization for HR technology and AI initiatives to maximize business impact.
- Build strong people analytics and workforce insights capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive transformation, adoption, and change management to ensure HR tech initiatives deliver real value and a strong digital employee experience.
- Collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal, Communications, and external partners to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
About you
You bring a strong IT or technology background, supported by a degree within IT, computer science, engineering, or an MBA, combined with solid business acumen that enables you to translate HR needs into effective, scalable technology solutions. You have proven experience working with HR in transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of organizational processes, operating models, and business strategy, reflecting an MBA-level mindset.
You have led HR Tech and AI roadmaps and execution in an international context, supported by a strong grasp of systems architecture and emerging technologies such as AI, APA, and cloud-based solutions. Demonstrated experience in project and program leadership is essential. Experience across HR systems, integrations, data, analytics, and AI solutions is highly valued.
As a person, you are driven, proactive, and confident in challenging the status quo. You bring an analytical, data-driven mindset, translating insights into decisions that create real organizational impact. You are a highly effective communicator and influencer, with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels. With a visionary outlook, you anticipate future needs and design solutions accordingly, while also understanding the importance of user experience and simplified, intuitive processes in systems design. You thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by the opportunity to shape and build, rather than maintain, a role.
