Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment activities while ensuring a high standard of service throughout the hiring process.

In this role, you will take a leading position in overseeing recruitment activities for assigned positions and ensure that recruitment processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the client's policies and procedures. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding of new hires.

The HR Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers by providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with organizational requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high operational standards in administrative recruitment tasks and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, procedures, and guidelines within the organization.

Education Requirement

A university degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes

Experience in recruitment and talent resourcing

Familiarity with mobility processes and HR guidelines

Experience working with recruitment systems such as Talentech ReachMee

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, proactive, and well-organized approach to work

Strong service-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

English - Proficient

Swedish - Advanced
