About the role

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering HR across all countries in which 4C Strategies operates. Reporting to the CFO, you will play an important role in ensuring that our People function supports the business with effective processes, compliant operations, and consistent ways of working.

You will lead and coach a small international HR network, including HR/Finance roles in the US and UK. The role offers a mix of hands-on operational responsibilities and opportunities to shape and improve HR processes as the organisation continues to grow.

This position is well suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys building structure, supporting managers, and contributing to cultural and organisational development.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the global HR function across Sweden, the UK, the US and Australia in collaboration with local HR resources and external partners

  • Coach and support local HR and Finance colleagues

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and other managers on HR matters

  • Lead and support recruitment processes across markets in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners

  • Present HR related topics, insights and initiatives to the organisation when needed

  • Develop, maintain and ensure adherence to HR governance frameworks, policies and standards

  • Ensure effective, consistent and compliant HR processes across all countries, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management and salary review cycles

  • Support managers in employee relations matters and coordinate with external legal partners when needed

  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation across all jurisdictions

  • Continuously improve HR processes, documentation and ways of working in line with organisational needs

  • Lead key people processes such as performance management, engagement surveys and competence development

  • Contribute to culture building, leadership support and organisational development initiatives

  • Lead HR related projects including process improvements, digitalisation initiatives and employee surveys

  • Strengthen the employer brand across all markets

About you
We are looking for a confident and capable HR professional with a broad generalist background and the ability to move seamlessly between hands-on operational tasks and more strategic improvement work. You are comfortable working in an international context and enjoy being part of an organisation characterised by growth, transformation and continued development.

We believe you bring

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR management roles within mid-sized organisations, ideally in an international or scaling environment.

  • Experience supporting managers with a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations.

  • Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law; familiarity with UK/AUS/US frameworks is an advantage.

  • Experience improving HR processes, working with HR systems, and ensuring high-quality HR operations.

  • A good understanding of how HR practices contribute to business goals.
  • A preference for working from the office and the willingness to be on-site at least four days per week

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are relationship-oriented, communicative, and grounded. You are structured, have high integrity, and build trust across the organisation.

How to apply
We look forward to hearing from you and learning how you can contribute to 4C Strategies continued global journey. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
