About the job
As a Group HR Business Partner, at Verisure , you will be instrumental in achieving our growth and transformation goals. We are seeking a dynamic individual who combines strategic abilities with a hands-on approach, acting as a sparring partner to leaders at all levels in transformations and complex strategic projects.
You will partner up with our leaders within our different group functions and get under the skin of the organization to truly understand our strategy and impact on achieving our business goals, employee engagement and development. You'll be an operational enabler who drives change in complex strategic projects.

Requirements :
Experience from working with Swedish labor law, HR systems like Workday (which we use) is beneficial. We also hope you have an interest in tech or experience from working in technology organizations. Experience from a global environment in larger complex organizations is considered positive, but most importantly is that you always drive forward with both speed and accuracy, because you hate to sit and wait for things to happen.

What you'll be up to
Working closely with the business and coaching senior leaders and directors across the organization in a wide range of complex HR- and other business-related matters
S etting up and driving HR processes in an organization where HR is a core function
Run cross-functional projects in collaboration with national and international teams
Connecting with the business organization and acting as a true team player with the rest of the HR teams
Be a proactive , strong partner with an interest in establishing relationships and growing the internal awareness for the topics you are responsible for in a KPI and data-driven organization environment
Driving HR projects that will directly have an impact on the business (KPIs, Change
Management, Performance Development, Sustainable Engagement, Leadership Development and Inclusion initiatives , to mention a few examples)

Requirements :
Broad HR experience, defining and implementing HR processes
At least a couple of years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager working closely with Business Managers
Expertise in providing strategic HR support, coaching business leaders, and participating in HR projects
International environment and IT technology industry experience
Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of KPIs
Mandatory English proficiency ; Swedish preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, preferably in HR or Economics/Business Administration
