We are seeking a Head of HR for our Business Line Neuro. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of core HR processes, maintaining data integrity across HR systems, and driving operational excellence within the HR function in Neuro. This role is reporting to Head of Neuro Solutions and the location will be in Stockholm city.

The responsibilities are:
  • Partnering with leadership team to foster a positive work environment, and to enhance employee engagement.
  • To ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Support managers with talent acquisition search and recruiting.
  • Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession management.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies for NBL Neuro Solutions that support Elekta's mission and business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner for leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
  • Support management in the development and execution of performance management processes, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Prepare HR metrics, analytics, and reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and regional initiatives.


Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix and change oriented global organization with process complexity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate and influence multiple stakeholder groups at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Process oriented with a strategic mindset, analytic skills, and data-driven working method.
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team based KPI performance targets.
