Role Summary

We are looking for a Head Controller who enjoys complex stakeholder landscapes, combines analytical depth with commercial judgement, and drives impact through structured ways of working.

In this role you will develop the financial steering framework for the solutions management team, creating transparency across sales, costs and capital so we can make sharper decisions on where to play and how to win. You will translate strategic and sustainability ambitions into actionable targets, insights and business cases - and challenge the organisation in order to meet or exceed our targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive performance management for the Construction, Mining & Forestry Solutions; secure profitability, growth and sustainability targets
• Lead financial planning/budgeting/forecasting and target-setting processes for customer segments within the Segment.
• Support the Solution Management & Planning Management Teams with financial insights, reports, and decision material.
• Analyse financial performance across products, services, and solutions, ensuring alignment with Scania's Commercial Financial Model.
• Conduct financial deep dives on segment, solution, and service profitability - providing actionable insights.
• Evaluation of business cases for new offerings (e.g. electrification, charging, service-led solutions) incl. scenarios
• Develop and maintainthe financial frameworks, reporting structures, and tools that secure consistency and quality across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvements according to the Scania Way

Who You Are

• Master's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering & Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business control/financial steering in a complex, global organization.
• Commercial mindset; proven senior advisor to management teams
• Good understanding of core financial accounting concepts
• Strong data capability: advanced Excel and experience with BI plus ERP/CRM data (E.g. HFM/Oracle)
• Clear communicator and relationship builder; structured, proactive and comfortable in cross-functional interfaces
