About the role
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Growth marketeer to join Danske Bank’s small business growth team, specialising in the acquisition of newly started micro businesses within the BtB segment. This role is critical in designing and executing innovative marketing strategies that attract and engage new businesses, driving customer acquisition and early-stage loyalty.
As a Growth marketeer , you will focus on identifying opportunities to connect with newly established businesses, crafting activities and optimising channels to deliver measurable results. You will operate within a SaaS-inspired environment, leveraging data and experimentation to refine strategies and improve results.
Key responsibilities
- Customer acquisition strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract newly started businesses
- Targeted activities: Design and execute tailored acquisition activities across multiple channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, and partnerships) to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Channel optimisation: Identify the most effective channels for engaging new businesses and optimise spend and effort to maximise return on investment.
- Data-driven marketing: Leverage analytics and customer insights to inform campaign strategies, measure performance, and continuously improve results.
- Content creation: Co-create compelling messaging and content that resonates with newly started businesses, highlighting Danske Bank’s value proposition and unique offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholder in the E2E acquisition and engagement funnel.
- Experimentation and testing: Continuously test new approaches, channels, and messaging to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
We are looking for a colleague with a creative mindset and the flexibility to quickly adjust acquisition activities. We expect you to be driven in stakeholder management and lead projects from start to finish.
We expect that you have:
- Experience in BtB or SaaS environments with a focus on customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including paid media, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem solver skilled at designing innovative campaigns that stand out in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to marketing.
- Passion for helping newly started businesses succeed and grow.
