Scania Ventures & New Business builds new ventures that drive the shift toward sustainable transport. The Circular Parts Platform is one of these ventures - a digital marketplace connecting heavy truck workshops with heavy vehicle dismantlers to enable the reuse of high-quality parts.

We are now looking for a Venture Business Lead to drive the commercial success and strategic development of the platform, owning product direction, growth strategy, and the commercial setup with partners, and to shape and scale the product and its commercialization. You will work in close partnership with the product development team, shaping the business model, partnerships, and go-to-market plan while ensuring that the platform scales sustainably.

As a key player in establishing a new business within Scania, you should possess a strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mindset.

Your Mission

As Venture Business Lead, you own the commercial strategy and growth of the circular parts platform - from problem discovery and MVP scope to scaling across markets.

You translate customer and partner needs into a commercial road map, ensure measurable traction, and build the operating and commercial model needed to scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Venture's business and go-to-market strategy, and build a repeatable launch playbook
• Lead customer discovery and product validation with workshops and dismantlers; turn insights into clear product and commercial requirements
• Define and drive pricing principles, commission logic, partner terms, and onboarding incentives
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on product roadmap and value delivery.
• Drive customer engagement, pilots, and feedback loops to refine business fit., define and drive growth levers: activation, conversion, retention, and partner adoption
• Represent the venture to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure tight execution: align stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and communicate progress and decisions clearly.
• As a member of the management team of the venture, shape the venture's overall success, actively taking part in decision-making

Who You Are

You are an entrepreneurial product and growth leader who thrives at the intersection of product growth, strategy, and commercialization with a deep understanding of digital product management.

Your Background
• At least 7+ years of experience in business development, product strategy, and venture building in a start-up environment.
• Proven experience in digital marketplaces, SaaS, or ecosystem-based business models.
• Skilled in commercial partnerships and go-to-market design.
• Strong experience with commercialization: pricing, monetization, and go-to-market (incl. partner onboarding and sales enablement)
• Experience in working closely with tech and UX in agile environments.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, and/or a similar field
• Fluent in English; Swedish and additional languages are an advantage.
