The position
As Global Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Aarke's presence and performance across our smaller existing markets and leading our entry into new ones - with a particular focus on APAC, Southern Europe, and South America. You will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our full-service distributors, driving growth and ensuring brand excellence in these regions.
You will also lead the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities and strategic business partnerships to further strengthen Aarke's global footprint. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing, you will ensure that market plans and partnerships are executed effectively to deliver long-term, profitable growth.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be part of the Commercial team.

- Drive business growth and market development in smaller and emerging markets, particularly in APAC, Southern Europe, and South America.
- Support and enable full-service distributors to achieve commercial success and operational excellence.
- Identify, assess, and lead entry strategies for new markets and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to regional opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align expansion strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor performance and profitability across markets, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Lead and manage expansion projects from planning through execution.
- Lead and manage new business areas e.g. hospitality and commercial space

Profile
- Proven experience in international business development and global expansion.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving logistics, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Successful track record of establishing and growing new business collaborations and partnerships.
- University degree, minimum Bachelor's level.
- Background in management consulting and/or strategic business development.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
