Tendium is looking for a German speaking GTM (Go-to-Market) Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.

The Opportunity
In your role as GTM Marketing Manager, you will have a real ownership and significant impact on Tendium's ability to scale in the DACH region from day one. You will be at the forefront of Tendium's effort to establish ourselves in the DACH region. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and build relationships. Your work will directly contribute to shaping Tendium's products, services, and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Launch GTM Strategy and the plan for how the product will be rolled out in DACH. Work closely with the commercial data team to identify entry points, messaging and what opportunities there are and continuously verify hypotheses by talking directly to customers and pilots.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and key decision-makers across the public procurement sphere.
  • Represent Tendium at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
  • Act as the "glue" and collaborate closely with the product teams, sales, customer success and the creative team in marketing to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience and guide product and marketing priorities
  • Work with product teams to ensure the pricing and packaging model matches the customer's willingness to pay and market expectations.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to analyze launch performance and key metrics such as lead conversion rates and CAC, continuously refining the strategy based on data and market feedback.
  • Stay up to date on trends in public procurement, AI, and B2B SaaS, especially in the German speaking markets.
What You Bring
  • You have at least 6+ years of experience from similar roles.
  • Native or fluent German, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with - or a solid understanding of - B2B SaaS environments.
  • A commercial background within marketing, sales, or a related revenue-focused role.
Nice-to-haves
  • Good knowledge of the public procurement system in DACH & Europe.
  • A completed degree in business administration or comparable education.
Location
This role is offered from our Stockholm office or on a fully remote basis, depending on preference.

We are open to hiring someone working from Germany or Austria. If so, we will require you to visit the Stockholm HQ from time to time. The role will involve some travel as part of the work, regardless of being based in Sweden or elsewhere.
