As an Engineering Manager at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious and creative engineers passionate about developing innovative, scalable and user-friendly end-to-end solutions for our freight management platform. You will be the coach and the manager for a cross-functional team of software developers; accountable for technology, delivery, people, and team development; with the ultimate goal of building a high-performing team. You will proactively work on your team's performance, culture and behaviors; and be a role model yourself.

Delegation is not only possible, it's necessary, and it is up to each Engineering Manager to decide how much to lean in or lean back in any given situation in order to achieve results and promote behaviors necessary in a high performing team.
You will

- At least a couple of years of leadership/management experience with software development teams; including working with hiring, compensation, career development, etc.

- Experience of driving delivery in teams and continuously working to improve team performance.
- Experience of and preference for dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- It's a significant plus if you have experience in the road freight and logistics industry
