About the Assignment

You will join an in-house team within the automotive industry working with interior systems such as interior illumination and power outlets (e.g., wireless charging, USB and 12V). The team works cross-functionally across hardware, software and test, with close collaboration to ensure robust solutions and a strong in-car user experience.

Job DescriptionAct as hardware responsible in development projects for illumination and power outlet solutions

Lead hardware and electronics development in close cooperation with suppliers to ensure requirements and quality targets are met

Create and maintain requirement specifications for electronics/hardware

Evaluate hardware performance in rigs and in vehicles

Support and contribute to test activities together with test engineers

Participate in packaging discussions to secure required space and integration in future vehicles

Collaborate closely with the project leader, software responsible and test engineer, and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., design, EMC, ergonomics and electrical performance)

RequirementsB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training/experience

Min 3-4 years of Experience in electronic development

Experience in electronic requirement management

Good English skills, verbally and in writing

Valid B driving license

Fluent Swedish

Nice to haveExperience from the automotive industry
