Job Description:

As anElectrical QA/QC Lead, you will manage and maintain the Electrical Quality Management System, ensuring all project work meets client specifications and quality standards. Working closely with the Quality Manager and project teams, you will drive a "Right First Time" approach across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives through training, audits, and mock-up reviews.
• Manage the QA/QC team including Field QA, Test Pack Engineers, and Commissioning Supervisors.
• Oversee quality documentation, test packs, and project databases.
• Liaise with clients and construction teams on handover, snag management, and quality deliverables.
• Review installations for compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Manage subcontractor and third-party inspections.
• Conduct regular site audits and report on quality performance.
• Support projects across Ireland and mainland Europe as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or Quality (trade background advantageous).
• 3 years' experience in a similar QA/QC leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and quality processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
