Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer

What You Will Work On

Provide operational EHS support to field service and manufacturing teams

Conduct risk assessments, improve processes, and address workplace safety in customer environments

Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations across EMEA markets

Coordinate EHS initiatives and share best practices across regions and functions

Support and develop ISO-based management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)

Participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions

Deliver and support EHS training programs for technicians and production staff

Promote and strengthen a safety-first culture across the organization

Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation related to EHS performance

Travel within EMEA (approximately 5-7 trips per year)

What You Bring

Relevant EHS education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications)

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS roles

Strong knowledge of field service operations and associated risks

Experience working with ISO-certified management systems and audits

Good understanding of EHS regulations across EMEA

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

High level of cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments

Proficiency in standard office tools and EHS systems

Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA

Fluency in Swedish and English
