About the role
As a Delivery Lead, you'll be fully accountable for delivering contracted services to our clients- ensuring that Service Level Agreements defined in the client Frame Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are consistently met. You'll keep a close eye on performance, quality, and efficiency; while also cultivating strong client relationships and providing day-to-day operational support. You maintain strong oversight of the service delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to the commitments made to clients. You actively cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, offering day-to-day advice and support. You support continuous improvements in processes and client satisfaction by identifying opportunities and proactively addressing delivery challenges. You maintain commercially minded, identifying opportunities to create added value for clients and sharing them with the appropriate roles for follow-up.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Collaborating and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of service delivery.
• Monitoring quality of service delivery and tracking KPIs and SLA to ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements.
• Following up on deviations from the agreed game plan and making sure that all involved parties internally are aware of the right process and have the support they need to work in accordance with it.
• Following-up assignment delivery with clients, suppliers and consultants during the assignment.
• Managing assignment negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Offering day-to-day advice and support to clients, as well as colleagues, to make sure the delivery is running smoothly and that issues are resolved.
• Manage internal escalations, follow up on deviations, and mitigate risks.
• Providing input on game plan and budget from an operative sales perspective.
• Participating in operational governance with clients.
We are looking for someone who is
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Managing stakeholder expectations proactively and communicating complex information clearly.
• Relevant knowledge and experience in consultant procurement within the private sector.
• Driving governance process towards client stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, arefluent in Swedish and English - must have.

• Proven experience in building and nurturing client relationships, with a proactive approach to managing stakeholder expectations.
• A track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and adding to client value.
• Experience in teamwork and group collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and set action plans from it.
• A high level of self-leadership with initiative-taking, goal orientation, and effective prioritization.
• A solution-focused and structured approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.
