Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Data Lead

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate business data activities within the A2D workstream

Ensure updates and accuracy in data conversion design

Define and manage mapping between legacy systems and SAP

Establish extraction criteria for data migration

Drive data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality

Prepare and deliver test data (mock loads) for various testing phases

Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) processes

Support the setup of governance structures and operating models for master data

Collaborate closely with business owners, global process owners, and IT specialists

Work alongside workstream leads, implementation partners, and data teams

Ensure timely delivery within the data domain and contribute to overall program leadership

What You Bring

Academic degree in Engineering, IT, Logistics, Economics, or a related field

Experience working with data in supply chain and/or sales domains

Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM)

Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA

Experience in data migration projects, including ETL processes

Background in SAP implementation programs

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience working in complex transformation or large-scale programs
