Assignment Description

We are looking for a Data Enablement Manager with a background in QA

What You Will Work On

Drive adoption of AI-driven data platforms across business functions

Translate technical insights into business-relevant value propositions

Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, and user guides

Support internal communication and data literacy initiatives

Build strong stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams

Guide teams in taking ownership of their data and processes

Establish feedback loops to monitor platform usage and trust levels

Define and implement data usage standards and best practices

Collaborate with analytics teams to continuously improve solutions

What You Bring

Experience in stakeholder management and internal communication in technical environments

Ability to create structured content such as documentation, guides, presentations, or training materials

Comfortable working with data and analytics tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage

Experience in QA or understanding of quality processes in AI-based products is a plus

Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish is considered an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and work independently
