The role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Younium, you're a trusted partner to our customers and their main point of contact throughout their journey. Your focus is on customer outcomes: helping customers realise the value they set out to achieve when choosing Younium.
You guide customers in their day-to-day use of the platform, stay close to their goals, and proactively support them as their needs evolve. Along the way, you make sure they feel confident, supported, and in control of their subscription business.
You'll be based in our Stockholm, Malmö, or Amsterdam office and carry full commercial responsibility for your customer portfolio, including retention, expansion, and long-term success.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer's business, goals, and value drivers.
- Own renewals and proactively identify expansion opportunities across your customer portfolio.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted customer advisor.
- Monitor customer health and identify risks, growth opportunities, and changing needs early.
- Act quickly when challenges arise, removing obstacles before they impact outcomes.
- Gather customer feedback and turn insights into actionable input for Product and the wider organisation.
- Enable customers to get maximum value from Younium in their day-to-day work.
- Stay up to date on subscription best practices and Younium's evolving platform.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to continuously improve the customer experience.
You bring3-5 yearsof experience in a customer facing role in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS/Software/Tech.
- You're comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or Subscription Management tools.
- You're comfortable speaking with executives, it's a plus if you worked with finance teams and CFOs before.
- You are naturally commercially driven, being strongly focused on achieving business success.
- You communicate clearly in writing and speech, and you adjust easily between technical and non-technical audiences.
- You're fluent in English and ideally Swedish or Dutch; German is a plus.
- You know the basics of financial flows like quote-to-cash, or you're eager to learn.
- You show up with energy, curiosity, and a positive mindset. You enjoy the pace and noise of a growing scale-up. You're structured and like working in a team.

📍 Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Amsterdam or Stockholm with a hybrid remote setup.
